A Technical Facilities Coordinator is the culmination of all the skills and resources with facility management and Corporate Real Estate (CRE) knowledge. The incumbent has a strong emphasis on managing multiple tasks critical to operations including, corporate compliance, and general operation administration. The role will be located in Zurich, Switzerland.
Description
Accountability for coordinating and supporting Real Estate & Development (RE&D) operations to include:
• Assist with all day to day facility operations (soft- and hard services), ensuring open issues are dealt with in a timely manner
• Manage Landlords/Vendors requests for document authorisation
• Support Facility Managers with any ad hoc requests
• Liaise with internal business units and service providers
• Conduct Facilities contract reviews as directed
• Handle inquiries regarding RE&D related site services
• Build effective working relationships with customers, colleagues and service partners
• Administration of RE&D tools, procedures, records, and policies including invoicing
• Identify and develop opportunities for continuous operations improvement
• Ability to perform other functional duties as directed & required
• Ensure that all maintenance has been completed in accordance with the PPM schedule
• Being able to work independently and thoroughly
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in Facilities Management in the Swiss FM and Zurich Real Estate Market
- Understanding of hard services (technical facility aspects)
- Being able to manage smaller scale construction/refurb projects as well as relocations
- Understanding the business of Real Estate and Facility administration
- Fluency in German and English

- Experience in dealing with technical lab infrastructure and technical aspects of a facility in general ideally within an international company
- Being able to manage smaller scale construction/refurb projects as well as relocations
- Knowledge of local building requirements in Kanton Zurich, especially in the City of Zurich
- Proficient in using the iOS/MacOS environment and MS Office
- Passionate about customer service and end-user experience
