On my first day in the game I didn't give a meal to sage. I was still learning how to play and didn't know about how short days were. I spent ages getting at least 2 of every fishing game item and gave the duplicates to sage so he could come back. I had the jam prepared for him and everything. he didn't show up. he stood me up on a date he didn't know he was going to. 10/10 game would recommend.
