I loled at "Cheeks full!"  I was just getting greedy.

Very spooky.  Love the pixel art.

Had a good time with this one.

This is a cool design with only making use of black and white.  It's disorienting when you first learn dark areas cannot always be trusted.

I'm intrigued by the story and I loved the sounds and pixel aesthetic.

Awesome pixel art and fun jokes.  The particle effects from the rain drops looked great.  Overall it had a real creepy vibe with good ambiance.

I think my favorite NPC was Lucy.  I've gotten caught up in similar distractions in my life and lately learning all the aspects of game development has been a rewarding outlet for creativity.

This is a really fun way to interact with words.

This game resonated with me as someone who spent a good deal of time thinking about, studying, and briefly working in archaeology.  You can't help but wonder about the people that made the artifacts you find in the ground.  I wish I had these kinds of powers.

I really liked the art for the story board images.  They gave off a surreal vibe that looked like the sort of thing you could see in a history book.

I love the ambiguity in the story.  It's the type of story that you're left thinking about and whether or not you made the right choice.  The art, music, and voice acting was fantastic.  Even in the middle of summer, I felt colder after the experience.

The pixel art is really fun.  I liked the situation where you had a 50/50 chance to choose a switch with the risk of falling on some spikes.  I hope to see some more outdoor scenes.  The mountainous vista is really nice.

I really enjoyed the pixel art for the character and the setting.  The change in palette gave the impression that you were fighting all day and all night.

The air slash mechanic was satisfying to cut down enemies, but I would sometimes run out if I was trying to climb to a higher place.  I liked the use of the slash refill as a way to allow you to traverse larger gaps.

The final scene had an ominous dream-like feeling that looked great with the color palette of the last level.  Great work!

Thanks for sharing the font!

The layout of this is really clean and I like the font.  I'm a sucker for mythology and the black and white aesthetic gave a feeling of antiquity to the cards.  The overall tone was very fun.  The setting of a live poem performance really felt like you were up against a tough crowd.  Great work!

Adjusting the camera to provide some view ahead of the player is a good idea.  I was definitely biased since I knew where I was placing the platforms.  Thanks for taking a look!

There's something so ominous about this game that is hard to describe.  The still image of EVA really sets the tone and an empty hospital is always spooky.  I love the pixel art and all the subtle details to give you a sense of the main character.

I don't think I'm very good at keeping slime alive.

Love the pixel art!

This has some really enjoyable puzzles.  I love the art and the ambiance of the music.

Thank you for playing!  I was so focused on making some music of my own that I didn't think to check some open source options, but I ran out of time.  Jumping blindly could be a pain when I just wanted to test a level, hehe.

Oh yeah, I meant to ask.  How did you guys handle dialogue?  Do you use a prebuilt tool or did you make something yourself?

I underestimated the boss fight against the lizard.

This was awesome!  Loved the ominous fungi-infested space station.

What a cute little platformer.  The double jump was satisfying and the checkpoints were convenient.  I like the quick screen wipe when you got kicked back to a checkpoint.
