Thank you for playing the game and for your feedback!
In reality we wanted to implement the ships as enemies, but we didn't have time to do so. As for now they only release new enemies but shooting at them has no effect.
You're probably right. Especially punch and drill should feel much better if snappier, and sorry for the map problem.
We will fix these issues in a new version of the game.
Hey, thanks for playing the game.
It was the first time we did all the adaptive music system and sfx using FMOD and integrating that with Godot. It was a lot of new things and issues to fix, and at the end we did not have enough time to do some polish, but we learned a lot in the process and that's what's most important.
Glad that you bring that up. If we decide to release a new version of the game we will take care of that.
The pixel art and the overall aesthetic of the game look top-notch. Personally I find the gameplay a bit too difficult. I could not survive longer than 4 - 5 seconds, and it's a pity because I would have loved to enjoy more of the art and music.
But apart from that, there is really great potential here. Great work!
The story is very well written and has a lot of potential if developed further. Also the artwork it's quite impressive, and the music fits well with the art style.
Personally I would have preferred a bit more choices for the player during the dialogues, but at the same time I can see that there is real depth in those dialogues.
Other than that this is an excellent submission!
Great job!
Hi everyone. I'm a composer with plenty of time to dedicate to this jam. I'm looking forward to join a team and maintain relationships with talented and dedicated game developers and artists. I am ready to challenge myself with any music style.
Here's some of my music:

Nice to see games made with Unreal engine for this jam! I really appreciated the neat tutorial instructions as part of the gameplay. Also, sound effects are appropriate and everything runs and plays quite smoothly on my machine.
I think the enemy AI could be improved - I managed to kill the enemy by shooting him on the back without him realising that he was being shot - and I would have preferred to find more use for the stealth mode. But overall it's a very good start! Well done!
I loved the minimalistic art style and animations which give the game great playability. Sound effects and music also fits perfectly, although I feel they are just a bit too low in volume.
For this kind of games I always prefer shooting by keeping the mouse button pressed, and it's a pity that the game does not allow that. But that's just a matter of personal preference. Overall the game is great, well done!
So there is really just a couple of things.
First, as I said, I cannot reach this lever in level 3, not level 1:
Second, I died almost 50 times just trying to pass through these two spikes on the top of each other in level two. And the fact that the player always spawns in this place doesn't help:
Maybe it's not a problem with the jumping mechanics itself, but with how the obstacles are positioned. Other than that, everything works fine and I've really enjoyed playing the game!
Very nice game. I really liked the concept of throwing balls of light. Also music is great - it really gives a sense of the challenges becoming increasingly more difficult as the time runs out.
At times I found the jumping mechanics a bit frustrating... maybe it was just me, but I could not make it to the end as one switch seemed impossible to reach.
