Wow thanks for the compliment! We have made a conscious decision not to implemented a save system since we are aiming for an action-rogue style of gameplay. However, this might change in the full game...

Since this is a prologue and we are "feeling the waters", we have thought about chapter selection and permanent progression through unlocking of characters in the full game.

There will be an update to the game within the next couple of days. Though some game mechanics are broken / not implemented we are glad you enjoyed the game this far!
