Oooh! A prequel! I really like the horror elements here (and also Kara! Who doesn't love Kara right?), that one cg is really creepy and well drawn. That scene where Kara is looking straight at me will always haunt me lol. Overall I enjoyed this little creepy horror experience! One thing though, imo the dialogue font is a bit hard to read since it's pretty bulky, but it's up to you whether you want to change it or not! That's all and I hope you have a wonderful week!! :D

Hello and I just want to say that I fell in love with this game! You first got me with your adorably creepy art style, and then you hit me with your great writing. I really do like every aspect of the game and I wish it was longer (but I'm still thankful that we get to play this at all, thank you for your hard work and for sharing your work with us). I also really like the characters.... except for one (I think you know who lol, but even then, I think he's still wonderfully written and his actions are painfully realistic). Everyone else was really, really cute and I find myself wanting to learn more about them (can't wait to see my girl Kin as the next MC heck yeah).

I'll be looking forward to anything you make next, but no pressure though! Please take your time with it and take care not to burn yourself out!

This is such a fun, charming game!! I really enjoyed my time with the characters, they're all very fun and memorable (but I have to say, I really adore Captain and Nerd. I'd even date them myself if I can- I mean what?), The graphics and the pop ups are really lovely and adds a lot of character to the game! The writing is overall really good (even if there's some typos around, but I'm not honestly one to talk)! The art is adorable and every character is drawn perfectly, I really adore the CGs too!

Hello! The translation process usually goes like this: exchange emails about the basics (sending the files etc), translating (there would be around 4 files and a few images to translate. As for the due date, I never really place any. The translators can take as much time as they want since all of them are doing it voluntarily), and then sending the files back to me so I can put it in game and see how it looks. That's basically the gist of it!

I'd also like to mention that since I don't have any funds put aside for game dev purposes, the work will be unpaid. But I can compensate with a piece of custom artwork. If you don't feel that it's a good enough compensation and would rather not do it, then I completely understand! However, if you're still interested, you can send me an email at [email protected] and we'll talk about it in greater detail.

I found this game by chance and I LOVED every second of it! First up, the graphics and the UI??? Hello??? They are literally so good and so unique! The moving background and the sprites really made the game feel more alive! I also find the interactions between the players, Kaito, and Jun really fun. Each characters are so likable in their own way, but I have to say, I fell for Kaito hook, line, and sinker (haha get it? get i--)! He's just so lovable. The RNG seemed to realize this and it kept giving me fishes that Kaito would like LMAO 

Before I get into spoiler talk below, I want to say that I did a quick doodle of the boys. It's a bit scuffed, but I really hope I did them justice 😭

Somehow, I didn't expect the slimy endings. I did play this at 2 AM, so my brain wasn't working as effectively, but this made the reveal so much more shocking. I went for Kaito first and the shot of the black parasite/goo overtaking him jumpscared me so hard, but I loved it! The shot was so unsettling and creepy in a good way! The fact that Fukuoka seems to be doomed even in the good endings made me feel so bad for the boys. Well, at least they seem happy to be dating the player before shit hits the fan...

Edit: If there's one criticism that I can give, it's the fact that there's no log. I sometimes accidentally clicked twice and completely missed a dialogue, so a log to show previous dialogues would be nice (Unless there is one and I completely missed it... in that case, I'm sorry and ignore this part ;;)

All in all, I just really love this game! There's a lot of love and care poured into it and it definitely shows! I've also read your postmortem devlog and found your story to be both relatable and really inspiring! I'm glad that you found joy in creating things and I certainly hope to see more from you in the future. I'll be wishing the best of luck with your upcoming project! I really like this game! It's really short (as the game page said, it's around 10 mins. I finished it in about 15 because I read pretty slow lol), but it's still very entertaining to wander around and get a glimpse of what the town is like. The art and the UI are so SO good and I will never stop praising it. It sets this mysterious and harsh tone that complements the storytelling really well! The characters that showed up are all so interesting, from their design to their personalities, it makes me want to learn more about them and how they'll connect to each other in the longer story!

I just wished that the story gave us more clue or build up towards the reveal. But either way, it's still very enjoyable to read through! I'm so excited to see more works from you! Thank you for sharing this game with us and thank you for translating it into English as well!

It felt so comfortable to play through this short VN and just learn more about traditional japanese houses and japanese culture in general!  The fact that there's a footnote for us to learn more is just insane and heavily appreciated!! Towa is a really sweet character to boot, god I love him.

Omg I finally got back to this and just finished Hendrix's route for chapter 3 and WHAT??

There's no way you just gave us a heartwarming, happy christmas scene and suddenly I see Hendrix's dead body. We literally just kissed the guy 10 minutes before that, PLEASEE. This game is really good at making me feel happy one moment and shocked/sad the next moment, istg.

So I fully focused on Hendrix for my first run. Haven't started with Edmund, but I'll definitely give it a go once I have more time. Hendrix's route was super sweet. I'm a huge sucker for the childhood friend trope, especially when done well. But Edmund himself is also really fun, it's really hard to choose between the two of them ;; Thank god the load button exists huh?

Aside from that, what I really love the most of this game is- once again, is how comfy this game feels (despite some of the death and all). This game has a really unique, somewhat nostalgic vibe to it. I can't really put it into words, but your art, character interaction, choice of music, and background all contribute to it. I also said that I love the friendship in this game and I still stand by my words. I didn't think I'd like Lana and Sky that much (at first I just thought "oh, new side characters, okay"), but they're just the sweetest, their friendship feels really natural and genuine. I LOVE that night sky scene so, so much, and also their talk about fate.

Also, I gotta say this again. I still think it's crazy how you're able to write, draw, and provide SO MUCH content for this game. Your hardwork and love for this project is really inspiring. Once again, thank you for sharing this gem with us!!
