Thanks for playing, I'm so glad you enjoyed it so much! Your feedback is incredibly helpful.

The mass of the enemies is only slightly less than the player, you're completely right that I need to change that, once I can update the game I will definitely make the mass of the enemies way less than the player so you can push through crowds. I remember thinking that getting stuck in a crowd was frustrating while playtesting but it didn't even occur to me to fix it lol.

Also I made sure every enemy spawns by the 10 minute mark so you saw everything in the game, great job! :D

Thanks again for such detailed feedback I really appreciate all of your insight.

I got an error when trying to open the executable that said "Couldn't load project at path ".". Is the .pck file missing? If you've rename the executable, the associated .pck file should also be renamed to match the executable's name (without the extension)" :( (Also if it helps to know I'm on Windows11)

This game was really fun, it was a fun idea that made me really motivated to keep exploring once I realized what was going on. Some of the time I felt totally baffled on how to progress but ended up progressing anyway luckily lol, the credits at the end were kinda unreadable because of the low resolution, but yeah overall it was wonderful, great job!

Yeah that's totally fair, it's a game jam after all so it's completely unrealistic to be able to test it on a bunch of machines and os versions. Just thought you'd want to be aware in case you continue to work on the game. Anyway, great job again!

The aberration idea you had for this game was such a sick surprise I loved it

I love how unique this idea is, and the zelda reference, it was fun! Btw on Windows11 my mouse wasn't locked to the game window so it caused issues when I aimed down because the mouse would come out of the game and I'd accidentally click on my taskbar.

Thanks for playing and leaving helpful feedback.  Yeah I wondered if people would think the quicksand was cinnamon rolls lol

I love the art, and the game felt good to control although it was short!

Thanks so much for playing it!

Thank you!

Love the art, it's a cool idea too

Yeah it definitely is haha

I absolutely love that the aliens speak Hungarian haha. Also this game is a very fun concept, great job, you executed it very well. I would love to play more levels and maybe have more dialogue once you successfully build the pyramid.

Hey guys I just finished the full version of En Garde! on steam and loved it, I'm looking forward to having the student version back so I can try it and see how much the final game evolved from the student project

I love what you have so far, fun art style, and very fun concept for gameplay. Seems a bit like warioware sort of gameplay but no pressure so it's just chill and fun
