We will look into doing this. Momentarily myself and my artist are quite busy with life things. Hopefully we'll get new content out within a couple months.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble obtaining this playbook. I've just given it a go with a separate browser that is entirely unlinked to my itch.io account and it seems to work.
Perhaps you could check your download settings or try a different browser? Possibly you can't access it if your browser blocks pop-ups etc.
