Nice execution on the "build the level for the hero" concept.

Gorgeous art and music. Overall fantastic vibe. I think the gameplay was really interesting! It was a little hard do figure out who to give which quests - working with clearer info on each hero, like maybe stats or a personality blurb or something would help make informed choices. I mostly felt like I was choosing things at random. I think theres some really cool ideas here, and a bit more refining could make this a really interesting game. The aesthetic really is a hook unto itself!
Thanks for checking our game out. Awesome job! Great overall aesthetic. 5/5 presentation for sure. Genuinely really impressed by the level of polish on the intro, sprites, animation, etc. I liked the idea of distracting the angels with gold. Its a shame it never managed to get particularly challenging, because I really loved the concept. Something like hiding in the barrels (which never actually got utilized I think?) to avoid a guard on patrol would've felt really cool. Still a really charming submission. Well done!
Thanks for checking our game out! You made a cool little game here. I love that you switched the genre of frogger to a runner by shifting the player's perspective to the car. Very creative interpretation of the theme.
If I can offer a bit of constructive criticism, The gameplay was also a little repetitive. It would have been cool to see some kind of progression and introduction of new elements. The frog's hitboxes also were a little ambiguous. There were some moments I thought I'd hit a frog but it didn't register, and others where I hit a frog I thought I'd avoided.
Congrats on finishing the jam!
Thank you for your feedback. I hope you found the mouse sensitivity slider we put in the options menu! We put the slider in because we know mouse sensitivity is a something people have strong feelings about in first person games. We found that the range the slider provides was enough to tweak the sensitivity to all 5 of the dev's personal tastes, but maybe we didn't give it quite a big enough range to suit folks who prefer sensitivity on the lower end (or have particularly sensitive mice). Sorry the mouse sensitivity didn't work out for you. We appreciate you taking the time to check our game out!
Thanks for rating our game. Great stuff! My favorite part was the bait and switch at the beginning. I really should've seen that coming considering the name. The landing of the boulder has some really nice juice. If you wanted to take this further, I think you could play up the inertia of the boulder as a mechanic (like a heavier sonic)
