Thank you so much and so glad you enjoyed it! It was an exhausting 48 hours haha

Thanks so much for playing! So glad you enjoyed it as an Ace Attorney fan!

Great fun and great art! Movement was a bit slippery at times but my biggest complaint is its too short! Left me wanting more so great work.

Thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed yourself!

Thanks so much, glad you enjoyed it! So glad we managed to capture that Phoenix Wright style! And yes a lot of the character art is traced or based off of Phoenix Wright characters, or several of their body parts at least :). Sorry too about the slapping sound! It was supposed to be a bit annoying to emphasise that Zylus' character was annoying but we may have overdone it a bit!

If anyone gives it a shot we have a small bug to be wary of. So when examining Lewis' desk on your second visit to YogsTower make sure to examine the piece of paper on the desk rather than the crowbar at the bottom otherwise you will be locked out of presenting a crucial piece of evidence and wont be able to make it to the finale. Hope it doesn't cause folk too much trouble!

There is also a spoiler-lite walkthrough towards the bottom of the page if you find yourself stuck!

Found a bug unfortunately. When examining Lewis' desk on your second visit to YogsTower make sure to examine the piece of paper on the desk rather than the crowbar at the bottom otherwise you will be locked out of presenting a crucial piece of evidence and wont be able to make it to the finale.

The sound effect from hitting a pedestrian was way too fun, it practically forced me to tank my score :P

Good fun and very easy to figure out!

The Riddle Bro's done Phoenix Wright-style. Help them in their hunt to capture The Bristol Pusher once and for all!

Would love to hear everyone's feedback and we are keen to try everyone else's games! Give us a rating and a comment and myself or my partner ABMaca will return the favour. :)

There is a relatively spoiler free walkthrough towards the bottom of the page if you get stuck! Hope everyone enjoys the game!

Haha damn! Would love to know what went wrong, we tried hard to accommodate doing things in lots of different orders. But still super stoked you enjoyed it!

Thanks so much! That means a lot. So glad even someone who isn't a super-fan can enjoy it!

A Phoenix Wright clone featuring the Riddle Bros. Would love to hear anyone's feedback :)

Haha was very confused because I couldn't find the shoot button until I saw the comment below. Loved the music!

Fantastic art. Loved the animation of the presents going down the chimney and the little polish effects like the outline on the chimneys when you were able to throw the present down them.  The story cards were great and super flavourful too.

The difficult was tuned to perfection, it was at that ideal level where I would lose but it never felt unfair, just that I screwed up. Probably the most fun I've had playing an entry so far, it's been the only one that once I finished with it I wanted to go back and play some more. Loved it!

Fantastic concept. Took me a little to figure out how to roll the die properly but once I did it felt very cool. The movement and aiming felt a little wonky but I think if those things were polished up it would feel great. It felt at times like I needed another ability or something else to do, often I'd end up throwing the die into a few enemies and it'd just be waiting and kiting until I could pick it up again.

Absolutely gorgeous art, lovely atmosphere and music and most importantly of all you can pat the cat!

10/10 I want this game for Christmas

had cute anime girls 10/10

Really cool concept but feels like you either needed to give it some challenge through a timer, or maybe the anime girls didn't tell you exactly what they wanted and you had to guess and you got points for a better match. Or instead to just double down and make it more of a dress up game,

The combo of low poly art with the sprites in 3d actually worked really well and was super charming.

Loved the menu! Favourite menu of all the games I've played so far ha.

Will do! Looks cool, I'll check it out once I'm back from work. And thanks so much for taking a look.

Means a lot coming from you, your submission was fantastic!

Looks absolutely gorgeous. Took me a little to figure out what was going on but I got the hang of it eventually.  I love the atmosphere of the temple, its walls and the background. Controls felt maybe a little imprecise and floaty for a platformer but that also may have just been me.

You can check out some game play footage here https://vimeo.com/379553293 if you aren't sure you want to download it!

Cheers, thanks so much!

Fantastic! My mind is blow by how good this looks, how well it plays and just how damn polished it is. Such a great style and good use of voxels.

Thanks heaps! We were absolutely flat out getting all the characters done but we wanted to get in as many Yogs as possible

Blown away by how good this is. Love the art, love the game play. Only criticism would be it would be nice if it was easier to see how much food was restored by buying food (I didn't notice the amount at the top at first), and if the effects of activities on your stats was more obvious. Maybe through show the bar animating up and down etc. Favourite game so far, and you had a day to spare!

Awesome, super glad to hear you loved it. And even more glad to hear you were able to figure it out! It's always hard to find the time to get the level of polish you need to help people understand the mechanics.

Thanks so much! Yeah we were very heavily inspired by Overcooked ha

Nice, simple concept. Love the background and snow/snow flakes. I think could have benefited from some onscreen controls so I could quickly see what button  was going to give me what colour of present.

Replying to myself now that the jam is over and there  are rate me links. Check it out!

Submitting a few hours early from down under so we can be awake at work tomorrow. Its a couch co-op game for 1-4 players where you race against time to assemble presents and help out Santa. We managed to get in 13 characters, so hopefully everyone can play as their favourite Yogs. While it's couch co-op it's still good fun to play solo, we only had two controllers to test with so if anyone wants to check it out and use 4 controllers to make sure it all works that'd be great too ha!

You can check it out here at https://sevenish.itch.io/overgifted or if you just want to take a look you can watch some game play at https://vimeo.com/379553293
