Lovely dungeon! Art design is beautiful and rooms and oddities are incredible as well. Really enjoyed reading it and hope to run it for my players in the future. Will be looking forward to Volume II!
My only suggestion is adding "Random Encounters" text above each table of random encounters. It is obvious that those are random encounters, but not having that label feels somewhat wrong?...

Awesome dungeon! I ran it yesterday for my players as a continuation of Rot Black Sludge (Fletcher asked PCs to kill  that cannibal snob from the capital (Morgan)). 

The rituals table says to roll D10 but there is actually only 8 rituals. Is this a typo or am I stupid or something?
