I dislike the arcade, all the characters in arcade kinda just spam their move. Other then that pretty good 7/1
Maybe add more political decision, like French commune, or Britiain in the axis
Suggestion! Add a sandbox mode where you can spawn ai passive neutral or hostile.
Good game overall, only thing I can ask for really is to make the map more accurate.
