Yep, it happens all the time. I can't see the scenes because of this. Cameras are installed correctly. They work at all times except for when there are scenes.
This is really weird because I never have bugs in games, specially when not everyone is getting this bug as I know people who have been able to play it without any issues.
Might be an OS specific, or hardware specific issue. I have an NVIDIA GPU (4070 super). Maybe it works with AMD GPUs. Idk

Hey Dev, I saw someone else post this same issue, it is not fixed in 1.2.
When there is someone present in the room, the cctv does not show the video or anything. It shows the static screen. At one point there was a prompt on the screen asking me to view the scene further but it was still just static screen. Only happens when characters are present in the room.
I am using windows 10, plenty of ram and Vram.
