Also maybe you should check out Galimulator. Its kinda like your game, but with more stuff to do.

Absolutely amazing game!
Could you by chance add sandbox mode where you can help or destroy civilizations? Also could you add more features to this game? I got addicted to it and was playing it for 2 hours straight.
