Tää on kyl aivan mahtava suomipeli-kombinaatio! Villapaitaa en saanut, mutta suututin mm. myyjän. XD

On kyl todella hauska otanta tästä teemasta! Kontrollit toimii ja muistuttaa esikuvasta, sikäli kun muistaa joskus pelanneensa. :) Graffat hyvät. Erityisesti pidän tuosta kansikuvasta. :D

Kiitoksia!

Onnea tuplavoitosta! Hieno sijoitus kerrassaan! 💪

This was really original and cool!

Nice way to tackle the theme! I couldn't help but think about the great Michael Winslow when hearing the cube placement sound! An additional development idea or a perfect "bonus level" to a game like this would be adding sugar / sweetener in your coffee until the spoon stands straight. :D

Noted. Maybe an even more rhythm based approach would be something to explore with a game like this. Perhaps a "beats" mode? Not a bad idea! Thanks for playing!

Thank you! Seems I missed yours. I'll try to give it a go before the ratings are in.

Just wishful thinking I guess. :)

The visuals weren't bad. I enjoyed the retro-futuristic style. Sometimes the text might have been a bit hard to focus on due to the reveal animation switching it's location so jumpily.

Was expecting doge

I liked the mechanic where you dispel the soot monsters.

Eyy, you beat it! Thanks for the detailed review. Yeah, these issues were largely something we though about, but had no time to address. :) The bit about the music being too loud I didn't really consider, just eared it on my laptop speakers. :)

Game feel was great! I didn't realize I had to shoot the glowy squid things at first.

Cute art style.

The 2.5D gameplay was really nice! Top marks for originality & innovation from me! The walk speed could have been a bit faster. If there was a dash button, I wish I'd known. Got stuck under the bridge (that I blew up) and did not know how to recover.

I only blew up 1/3 of the building . Didn't get the wires one, it seems.

Fun entry! Nice clean graphics and the beats were tight! On the controls the special jump felt sometimes a bit rushed and I feel not as satisfying as it could have been. Extra creativity points for the options menu! 😂

Nicely captured the Spelunky vibe! I got the feeling that a good bit of effort went into this since the sprites all looked self-made. Needs to be a bit tighter on the controls.

Decent entry. The hit detection was slightly bothersome considering it was kind of a perspective view. I would have expected a bit more leeway on entering corridors and navigating around stuff.

Love the gameboy aesthetic! I was really struggling to figure out how to progress in this game, but then the needle dropped...

This was surprisingly fun once I got into it! I liked the idea of being able to level up and that there were multiple classes. The controls were a bit jittery and it wasn't always clear what I did wrong or right when a pie was delivered or not. Not getting top marks for graphics, since they were free assets, but that's fine. Not sure how the theme was implemented.

Definitely!

Excited to see how the others I rated high fared as well. Still so many to go rating wise! 😅

And good luck to you too!

It was a fun and simple idea! I love it! Too bad about the leg...

I liked the mood and atmosphere! And the take on the theme was very creative. Too bad it was so slow, that I couldn't really stay and finish. We have 300 entries u know. Nice Valve cameo! :)

The gameplay was painfully slow... Other than that, I could see myself playing this kind of throwback dungeon crawler and the overall look was nice! Just maybe needs a few extra things to make it more interesting. One idea I would suggest, is that if you're supposed to be "draggin" yourself with your hands to move, how about adding an actual drag mechanic with the mouse and maybe make it so that the player can do it faster if they are up to it, or get the rhythm down or whatever. I didn't really get to the part where the theme would kick in, if there was any.

Nice, and very cute! I accidentally killed the pet snail by accident, while fumbling with the controls. 😭

Great animations on the bear! Really liked the visual style. Got stuck bottom left in the first level when I tried to explore and get all the starts after dying once. Couldn't get up from the pit anymore. :(

Sure, I'd be happy to play any devs game who's active in the community. :) Can't realisticly get to all of them, so might as well follow recommendations and requests.

Alrighy, I'll keep that in mind! Androgunther is usually my guy, but there might be times he can't make it to a jam! I did like your graphic style. So did he. ;)

Thanks for the detailed review! There were sure things we would have liked to add to game had time allowed. The background being one of them. Qurious how our mechanics score is affected so strongly by there being one similar game. After all, we were quite oblivious to what others might have been up to while developing  and tried to just come up with something at least a bit original. Anyway, I'm sure there has to be some kind of metric for differentiating the reviews and I accept your criticism! Maybe next time we will be more prepared for these kinds of expectations!

I had this experience of fav unfav with one of the games. But not others. Weird. Anyway, thanks for playing! There are alternative mappings too in the game!

Seems like a complete game already! Awesome polish and artwork! Didn't really get to a point where the theme comes into play.
