I had such a great time! Ford was wonderfully characterized (he's adorably silly!) and I was very surprised at the amount of original art in this game. It must've taken forever to draw it all.

I hope to see more soon <3

Fantastic work as always! I had so much fun poking around in the document, clickling the links and seeing all the little edits the characters made. I loved reading the e-mails too-- i'm in absolute awe of your ability to write distinct character voices. Even without the different fonts, it's easy to tell when Izzy, Vi or Emme are talking!

I can't wait to see more from this universe <3

Oh my god I was so incredibly hyped for this entry. I'm so glad to have played it finally! (and that it delivered)
I think there's something compelling about having a glimpse at these people's inner lives. Kaja and Tara are co-dependent on each other and fully aware of it, but what choice do they really have? Kaja traded the cage she was born in for a different, slightly more sinister cage. The only respite she has is Tara. Their relationship is as much of an addiction as the alcohol.

THEIR DYNAMIC IS SO COMPLEX AND LOVING AND CO-DEPENDENT I LOVE IT I CAN'T WAIT FOR PASSERINE HILLS!!

This gave me full body chills

I can't believe the one horny comment i made about this character came to bite me in the ass later smh
I'M SORRY ACHIK I DIDN'T MEAN TO OBJECTIFY YOU

I was going to say that I went through all the five stages of grief while playing this game, but that would be an objectively false statement. I didn't. I got stuck on "anger".

(1 edit)

I can't believe françoise did that to me i thought we had SOMETHING!!!

"dating sims are for losers i'm not a sloresr"

In the current year, it's incredibly rare to find thoughtful, well-written games that truly resonate with the lived experiences of actual, real-life people. In a landscape where every protagonist seems to attain an impossible level of perfection and purity, it's a marvel to encounter "not an anime girl like in those other vns", a witty, intelligent young woman that rises above all the challenges her wicked stepmother imposes onto her. Her sadness and trauma were portrayed in such a hyper-realistic way, much like the blood on the screen.

It's especially important that she needs no man and fist-fights god all on her own. 100000/10 the title is no exaggeration.
