Hello! The game supports the 2560 x 1440 screen resolution. We were able to test it with a 4k monitor, but unfortunately we don't have an nvidia 4070 to test the game with. There's also no settings file to manually set the preferred resolution, sorry.
Can you check if some scaling or super resolution options are turned on for your monitor / GPU? In some cases this might be the problem with wrong screen resolution in video games.
Hello! Can you please try to launch the game (the main Windows build, not x86) with no controllers / drawing tablets / etc. connected (only mouse and keyboard) and see if that makes any difference?
The snowskaters' positions change every time the cave location gets unloaded and then loaded again. The quickest way to reload the cave location is to enter the staircase and go back to the cave warehouse. Hope this helps!
Unfortunately all types of additional purchases on itchio must be linked to the purchase of the game itself, so there's no way to create a community-copy-donation-only option.
Can you please specify the OS you're playing the game on and the game build version (should be visible in the main menu)? Also, you can always use a mouse wheel to change items!
We've added a download for an x86 build of co-open. We don't have a device to test the build properly (aside from a pc with the 64 bit Windows installed), but we think everything should still work fine.
Fixed it! We won't be able to make D-pad work for this particular case unfortunately (wireless Xbox One controller on Mac OS), but other buttons should work as expected. The fix will be available in the next update 1.1.10

We've just checked it again and seems like this issue happens when this controller is connected via bluetooth on Mac OS, but everything is alright if the same controller is connected via USB... We'll look into this issue and hopefully will fix it soon in the next update!
What OS do you play on? Is it an xbox360 or xboxOne controller? Do you have your controller connected when you try to play with your keyboard and mouse?
The pocket item you are looking for is connected to the green apple quest. Try inspecting the postcard you received, it should give you a hint about what to do next.
Both these numbers can be found in the Forbidden Garden wares storage.
The secret ending is connected to the bottom right item on the first page of pockets collectibles. If you have it already, then you've seen the ending, and if not – it's a follow-up to the green apple quest.

As for the last phone number, if you've already found the stuff from the ice cave – try checking out its product info with the product scanner.
