Super cute. I love witchy vibes and potions and cats, so I love this game for it. Art of the character is very pretty.

Cute little game! With some polishing and extra time, it has potential for a nice game where I can just turn my brain off and play during a break.

The atmosphere of being in a spooky forest alone was definitely there. The jumping felt a bit clunky. Nice little game!

Fun PacMan-like gameplay with a twist. Quite enjoyable

Go my minions... Go collect all the candy... Muahahahaha

The art is really beautiful and the sounds are cute and fitting. The idea of the game is nice, but it didn't play very smoothly with the movement and the cutting. If would definitely play again if this were polished.

Oh I see! That makes sense! Thank you for explaining it!

Even though it was explained in the description, I wasn't sure what I needed to do. It felt like the shadow couldn't die, and I didn't really die either if I just kept running to the right. The controls felt very smooth though and I think I can see what the game is supposed to be, which seems fun!

Very cute. I love that it's playable on Game Boy.

Cute game!

Nice escape room. Art & audio is lovely. One small tiny point of critique from me would be that I wouldn't recommend using different locks that need the same amount of numbers for a code. Right now as a player, I must guess which 4-number code belongs to which 4-number lock. Besides that, I like the narrative of the game!

I love how the lantern follows the cursor and how the game feels. The lantern was used in a fun and creative way for puzzles.

BoOoOoOOO...

It feels like a bit of a twist on a visual novel in a fun way. I did not notice the options at the bottom with each character's preference when I played through it, so I just guessed everything and I was a little confused in the moment itself because of it. Visuals throughout the game are consistent and super pretty, and I like the overall concept of the game!

The art & vibes were very on point I think. It was spooky and the character animations were pleasant to look at. Audio worked really well for the game! Similar as the other comments on this game, I was missing some player feedback. Overall, good work!

This reminds me a lot of one of those mario party wii minigames where you enter luigi's mansion and need to shoot the ghosties. It works really well there because it plays to the controller's strengths, but for a pc game such as this it can become a little bland without any additional mechanics that elevate the experience a bit more (like moving ghosties/objects). I did enjoy the potential of reloading your weapon! And honestly, I've had a long day today and this was a nice game to turn off my brain for a bit. I would play it on my mobile phone if the possibility was there.

Thank you so much for your sweet review and for playing our game! If you enjoyed the timer-based events, then I recommend trying out 'Outer Wilds' which is one of the games we got inspired by.

We're so happy to hear you enjoyed the game! A menu screen with controls is a good suggestion. If we have the time and energy, we might take a look at implementing one!

Thank you so much for playing our game! <3

We are so happy to hear you enjoyed playing our game! One of the games we took inspiration from for the core game mechanic is 'Outer Wilds', which we definitely recommend checking out (even though I am personally too scared to finish the game, I would still recommend it to other people). The visual style is completely different & 3D, but I'd like to think we managed to achieve a similar vibe.

Thank you so much for playing our game! I really enjoyed yours as well. We might look into expanding the game a little to finish up our original plan if we find the time and energy haha <3

The visuals are very silky and soft and nice. I love the vibe of the game and it's a fun concept. It does get a little overwhelming quite quickly, but it's an enjoyable game nonetheless.

Although a resource management type of game can be difficult to pull off in such a short amount of time, it was still a nice little game. Everything worked that needed to work and the explanations in the game helped a lot. The music is spoopy, which I enjoyed. Only thing I found a bit difficult was killing enemies and figuring out how much resources were needed for each tool. Overall, well done!

The trees look super nice and I love the parallax effect with the foreground/background. It's cool that you have your own audio. It's sometimes a bit difficult to see the enemies when they're behind the trees.

This game is super cute and I enjoyed it. It feels solid and quite polished even, which is not always common for a game jam submission. I'm glad I could see the batteries in the dark, which made it nicely balanced and I got 12/13 score.

I don't know how to open the game. :(

Thank you for the explanation! I was able to play the game. I was quite surprised to play such a cute little game, as I was a bit scared beforehand when I saw the programming code & tools. Cute art & very simple gameplay, but it works and it was a fun little experience.

The game looks super cool and gives me the spooky vibes. I'm unsure if I did anything wrong or if the game is just very short. Art is super creepy, I love it.

Thank you for playing and your feedback! We'll try to fix this for our next update.

Thank you very much for your feedback! We'll try to look into this as soon as possible.
