Hey, thank you for playing our game. We appreciate it. Your bug is new to me, but i gotta check it out. Probably something when the window loses focus or something. And i gotta admit, the door mechanic isn't the most innovative, but we weren't really happy with the theme to begin with (felt awfully restrictive). So we are quite happy with what we have. Again, thanks for the critique.

I told our sound guy countless times how good his music is, esp considering he only had one real day for it. And you know what... he still downplays it. I will make sure to forward your comment. Maybe we can change his mind together ;) And yeah there is a hard limit at wave 10 now and it kinda bugs out (you were supposed to go back to the credits screen), but thats mostly due to the time constraint. Thank you for your comment, we appreciate you playing our game very much.

WTF how did you manage to play it for 45 minutes. Thats insane. But we really really appreciat that. Thank you.

Yeah i cut it at 10 waves due to the time constraint, and there is a bug which doesnt show you the credit screen once you played through. But thank you for spending you time with the game. Really appreciate everything you said.

Would love to play your game, but i cant since i cant even unpack it without Windows Defender removing it instantly due to the virus warning. Might it be possible for you to export a version that doesnt get flagged as a virus?

What a fun little game. Managed to get 418 points, but thats only because im old. Got really hectic at the end ; I like the art style, the theme, the idea, the horror atmosphere. The music loop could use some work, but it was ok. Overall, a decent little game i loved to spend 5 minutes with.

Hey thank you. I did the descriptions for the upgrades in the last hour before the jam ended, so i mashed onto my keyboard whatever came to mind ... lol. Glad you enjoyed it.

Help, i was stuck in the bedroom and could not get out. Other than that, the mouse sensitivity was obnoxiously high, which made it really hard to play. A crosshair would also help a lot. Couldnt test more because as said i was stuck. Is there something i did wrong?

hope you have fun. I make sure to rate and comment on your game

Thank you a lot.

Yeah, sadly only 3 guns. Adding more guns is quite easy with the setup we have, but adding more content wasn't that high on my list for the game. I wanted it feature complete, which it is.

Thank you for saying that song. Love ya, see ya around ;)

Thanks for taking that much time to find a bug. We really appreciate that. Probably the wave counter isnt reset accordingly if you die or something. Havnt checked the code yet. But its really awesome of you to take that much time to play the game, find the bug, and explain it to us.

Hey, thank you very much. We are really proud of all the aspects you mention, so its really heartwarming to hear they are appreciated.

Yeah, added features like bosses or a better win condition would have been really nice. But we scaled it according to our time, and we are proud we managed to get everything we planned in the game. Its quite expandable and bosses, more weapons and upgrades could be implemented very easily if we expand on the game further. Thanks a lot for playing.

Glad you enjoyed it, the artstyle is something we are especially proud of. thank you.

Thank you very much. That's really kind of you  to say.

What an interesting idea. I love it. One complain though, everything was really tiny, like im old and my eyes arent as good anymore, made it really hard to play for me . I get why it had to be that way, otherwise you couldnt fit all the windows on the screen, but scaling everything up by 2 and having the windows closer together with no border would helped a lot. Other than that, the concept is really cool, artstyle was consistent, upgrades were cool, sound was fitting. Really good and unique game. You should be proud.

Nice. I would love for you to play our game https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-11/rate/2535898

Wow. Was a really nice experience playing this. Love the art stlye. Loved the puzzle design, easy to follow through with everything. Love the idea. Music was fitting and fun. Really lovely game. One of the best i played to far.

Lets go. Our game is a fun little top down shooter with tons of upgrades and a lovely art style. I make sure to play your game as well.

Well, that's where you design your enemies to account for that. To me personally it felt a little sluggish because of it. But if you intended it that way, then who am i to judge ;)

Gonna go on a rating spree today. Post your game, play/rate my game, and i will play/rate and comment insightful critics on yours. Love ya all. https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-11/rate/2535898

Wow, a really fun concept. I dont wanna know whats behind the door anymore ;) Fun little puzzles, really good graphics. Did not find any bugs. Very well done overall.

got ya bro ;)

I really like the art style and sound design. Fits really well together. All is very polished and stylish. A superb entry to the jam. You can be very proud.

Holy. This rocks. But i would love to have a better control scheme including a mouse. Was kinda hard to dodge and also do enough dmg, since you alway shoot in your move direction. Mouse look LMB shoot would help a lot. Otherwise, the game design is tight. Really good entry to the jam. A bit light on the theme though. Dont forget to rate our game ;)

I wanted to chime in, since its my code thats responsible for the error. It was a literal division by zero. Very funny results ensued. Took me a while to figure that one out. As Xadr said, thank you for your comment, and thank you for taking your time and play our game.

Hmm... seems like im stuck in the doors game. Dont know how to get back to the wheel, or what am i supposed to do?

I rate your, you rate mine ;) https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-11/rate/2535898

Good rogue like. Battle was a bit trivial after i got the bow, and a map would have been really be helpful. Also it could use some more incentive to just go further. I got all items quite quick. I quite liked the visual presentation. Some more interesting enemies would have been fun. But for a jam game, its quite a complete package.

I quite like the idea. Its a neat little concept that i could imagine could be expanded upon (think Stardew Valley but as a bee). Collecting the pollen from the floor was a bit tedious, since the interaction range seemed to short, at least my E key didnt work as i would have expected it. Movement was a bit slugish, but i like the idea. What i missed most was SFX, it really needs some to push it from ok to good. Overall, still a neat little entry to the jam. You and your team should be proud.

I try yours and you try mine. thats the deal. https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-11/rate/2535898

The combination of 2D and 3D is a really nice idea and i always dig games that do it. Though i gotta say there is still some polishing to do in terms of visual presentation, some lighting effects go a long way in games with this style. Gameplay felt a bit clunky but was overall ok. I really missed a crosshair in the 3D sections (or it was just barely noticable). Sometimes there were some hit registration issues (enemies didnt take dmg despite me clearly hitting them). Overall you should be proud with what you did. I hope you keep your promise to play all games that rated yours ;)

Had a bit of an issue figuring out the controls in the beginning, but other than that, really nice game. Cute little idea, well implemented. Very nice little game.

Neat little game. I dunno but i found it quite hard to  kill the Stabber. The Presentation overall was really good. And it had a goat.

Glad to hear that you remember my entry, i definitely remember yours too. It might make you happy to hear, that i still work on a full title based on the core concept of last years game (though i changed it quite a lot, its now more an action oriented top down action RPG where your moves are executed to the beat, i completely removed the sequencing your own shoots part),

Thank you for playing my game. As i said to Clement, i planned on a better progression system initially, where you unlock key words as you go, to better familiarize you. But i had to downsize a bit during the jam due to the time constraints. And yeah i think i noticed the bug with the color system too. Havnt looked into it yet. So far you are the only one that noticed ;)

Hey Clement. Thank you for the kind words. I do also think this idea has some potential, but i dont know if i plan on expanding on it. I was happy i could finish it during the jam. Originally i planned to include a better progression system (unlock keywords as you go), distinct boss fights (like they use a specific deck you can then counter) and a few more keywords. But as usual the time as a solo dev during a jam is just to limited :D Still i feel like it is at a pretty good state for a jam game. Nothing is missing from what i deemed important.
