Cute and adorable concept!

Perfect idea and visuals are marvelous 

Like the twist! Hitting buildings was very satisfying

Really like the creative take on the theme. The gameplay is quite unique but intuitive and fun to play

Fan of the balancing act for the upgrade system, and there was a good selection of upgrades to choose from. Very cool

Many thanks for playing and your feedback! A couple of oversights for some input options that definitely should be accepted like you mentioned, mostly a byproduct of coming up with dialogue a lil too late in development 😅.

Definitely keen on fixing this and some clarity issues post-jam though!

Grats on the first jam, and a solo one at that! There was a good number of levels included, had a good time playing this

Super adorable and very fitting for the theme. Really nice execution on this one!

Super great stuff! I especially like how the tasks felt tactile, they never felt too static. The fact that there are a good number of tasks in the game is also great. No criticisms that haven't already been mentioned so all in all, a great submission!

Definitely one of the more unique takes on mechanics I've seen in this jam, and it works very well!

Very cool main mechanic that complements the level design. A great amount of content for 48hrs of work, for sure

Evening All, group 5 here!

Some notes about the build. The v5.1 build was the build made before the set deadline. We've ironed out a few bugs that appeared in the village and boss arena in v5.2 so if you feel like giving it a try go ahead and download v5.2!

P.S. If you'd like to just fight the boss, press continue then hold shift p. You'll need to get some good practice in to defeat him

Controls Reference:

WASD - Move

Space (While Moving) - Dodge

Tap left click - Light Attack

Hold left click - Heavy Attack

Hold Right Click - Block / Parry

R - Rewind

Ctrl - Lock on

Q / E (While locked on) - Change lock on target
