Thanks for the feedback! We agree the controls are a bit difficult but we're glad you liked it despite this!

Thank you for the feedback. We're glad you liked it!

I'm not great at this kind of game, but I can see what you were going for, and I think you did a good job. I'd have appreciated some tutorial on the easier difficulty curve, though. The Webgl version still has a grey frame in between actions, though. With all of that said good job! :)

I enjoyed the game a lot. Good job! :)

I enjoyed the dreamy vibe, but the proc-gen isn't working. Maybe you are randomizing on the same seed every time? I think this could have potential as an endless runner game. I'd have enjoyed running through a dreamscape. Still, it was en enjoyable experience. Good job! :)

I loved the chill vibe, and the puzzles were well designed. Good job!

Another favorite from this jam. I don't have a critique to give; I loved this!

This is a great first game, frankly; congratulations. I have one suggestion. Add coyote time to the jump. If you don't know what this is, look it up. It'll make your games better. I also noticed one bug: the boss can run off the platform when chasing you, which doesn't kill it, which forces the player to restart the game.  Other than that, good job, and keep it up!

One of my favorite games of the jam so far! The gameplay is difficult, though; if you add a hand-holding tutorial and tweak the difficulty curve, this is a winner. Congrats!

It's an interesting concept that lacked some polishing, in my opinion. The 2nd room is the best one; I thought it was clever to have you arrange the stones in chronological order. Unfortunately,  I think the other rooms are a bit of a miss. I couldn't figure out the link and had to brute force it. But it's a good base to improve upon. The menu music was a good fit for the game as well.
And congratulations on finishing the game! :)

I think you made a touching story, and the art and music were amazing! I also liked the puzzle side of it. I would have appreciated some hints to determine what was pickable; I often clicked around to find out what I could pick up. I also think the Chrome build has a problem because I couldn't get out of the first room, but the game worked well on Edge. Congratulations on the game! :)

Thanks! We're happy you found the game fun! You're not the first one to mention the controls so we'll see how we can tweak them after the jam. :)

Thank you for the feedback! We're glad you liked it and we'll see what we can do about readability. :D

I think the idea is there but the execution needs a rehaul. The biggest issue is having to wait long periods of time before being able to do something. If you plan on doing so you need to provide the player an alternative game experience. Jokes and riddles don't work for games as a filler. Also if you think you aren't good with UI and music the best way to go about it is to work on them and improve. I'm sure you can do it!

I like the concept. I felt the controller mapping was a bit clunky and a tutorial would be good. Music and sounds would also be a welcome addition. Keep it up!

I love the art. The homing rocket difficulty is good. Eventually having different challenges would be good. For your first jam, you did amazing!

I love the art style and I like the challenge. Good job!

Interesting concept, if you want to improve on it definitely think of ways to add variety. Also, I don't know if it's a bug but the sound seems to come out of only 1 speaker (right-side). Anyway, keep up the good work!

Hello there! I love the music and I like the idea of the time step. As a first-time player though I had to press many keys to find one that would do something. I also experienced menu bugs. The buttons don't work and for levels 3 and 4 the menu shows up. Keep up the good work!

The idea of limiting your jumps pushes you to find different ways to play. I liked that. My main complaint is that the controllers feel a little stiff, adding some friction with the ground and squish to the sprite would make it even better. Keep it up!

The how to play definitely isn't enough, it was made pretty last minute... We'll pay more attention to it next time we make a game for sure. I'm glad you liked the game despite the steep learning curve. :D

Hello there! I am so sorry the MacOS version didn't work, we couldn't test because we didn't have a Mac but thought we'd try and make an export if somebody on Mac wanted to play. I've taken the version down. Thank you for reporting the issue.

Amazing. I especially love the artwork and music. The gameplay is hard, maybe you could tweak the learning curve. I'm not a doom player but I couldn't play for long because I'd die so fast. That said maybe I just need to "git gud".
