That was super challenging but the small platforms definitely added to the fun factor. The final stage was neat and shows that there's potential for more from this concept. The music was superb too. Great job.

Congratulations on your first game and first game jam! I understand those feelings all too well as it's also my first completed game and game jam lmao.
This is good for only six weeks of coding so far. If you plan on improving this after the game jam, I'd suggest implementing a grid system to really give that frogger feel. Also losing the food after dying would make it a bit more challenging. Great job!
The controls took a second to get used to but ice skating around while trying to aim made for a fun experience. There wasn't any indication that the max ammo you could hold was 20, so I collected all the ammo without even looking at the number in the top left and didn't have enough to beat the bosses on level 2 lmao.
This was AMAZING and I want more. Some of the levels had some nice shortcuts which idk if was intended lol. I loved having to figure out which side to complete first to finish the levels.
I had to play it multiple times to complete the levels properly. I encountered a bug where if I completed one side and then died on the opposite side, it would finish the level.
Really fun game. Ended up playing a couple times to see if there were enough resources on the map for fully upgraded turrets and to finish the ship. There was barely enough metal lol.
I did find a bug where a level one turret would build and trying to upgrade it immediately would take your resources but not upgrade the turret. I dumped a bunch of resources in it to see if it eventually upgrades but found out you have to walk away from a turret, and then back to it, to get the upgrade to work. Happened over multiple games and I figured to let you know.
Was a chill, enjoyable game.
