The game has an autosave system and checkpoints. Options for windowed/full screen and volume will be added in the next updates.

Thanks for the comment, but the game was not intended to emphasize any rape. This will become clearer in the next update. Sometimes some moments of the game will echo this, but there will never be outright rape.
