You can't Resell or distribute the asset to others.

It is allowed by CC-BY-SA-4.0. Are you sure you understand the license?

I am about you posted it on OGA under the cc-by-sa4.0. If it is there under cc-by-sa it can be used under that license so if you don't want people from OGA (and not only) to redistribute/resell so you made a mistake uploading it there because they collect there only free-culture assets (which by definition allow redistribution)

It can't be really corrected on OGA. Your license isn't free-cultural license so... There are two variants... You use on OGA one of the free-cultural licenses or don't have your assets there
