Hi there, just wondering if you've considered implementing community chest / chance cards rather than having the d10 options printed on the board - it would give 6 extra items / spells per deck (as regular Monopoly has 16 cards per deck) and would allow for easier tracking of what items you have available as a player by having a physical hand of cards. Having the 12 total extra items / spells will also allow more options for giving players opportunities to mitigate movement rolls and taking damage which would be neat. Just some thoughts : ).

The main reason why I went for rolling instead of cards is to limit the number of game pieces and make it playable with just the board.
It also feels more like an actual OSR RPG if you roll for treasure from a table.

The silver lining is that just like with any Mörk Borg content, you're free to hack it and add as many cards cards as you want :)
