Linux-x64 for sure. The ARM ones are only if you're interested in supporting single board computers, such as the Raspberry Pi.

( 1)

I just uploaded the Linux version of the game. I was only able to test it on Windows with VirtualBox and Linux Mint (the game works but the movement is rather irregular) and on my brother's Raspberry (here too the game works with a small lag every now and then). Let me know if that's OK with you.

The game works just fine, however yeah the controls do seem quite a bit laggy and unresponsive.

Hmm... are you referring only to the controller or also the keyboard?

I use a controller wired to my laptop. I'll try it with a keyboard too later.

Hey sorry for the late reply. As far as I can tell it works perfectly with a keyboard, but the controller tends to be a bit unresponsive when trying to turn.

My brother now has a PC running Linux Mint, he tried the game with two different gamepads and didn't experience any kind of lag.
