Oh my, good job on this one! Congratulations on making a huge game like this!

One thing I have to say is that it doesn't fit the theme very well. You could swap the charms for any other object or token and the game would be exactly the same.

(Also, I saw no metroidvania elements, so it was a bit sad haha, I love metroidvanias and was expecting exploration and unlocking some new ability to do some backtracking, but it doesn't have. It is actually a linear platformer with a 'connected' world)

But overall, very impressive game! Audio and visual aesthetics are very well figured out. The visual effects not being pixelated bothered me a bit, but all things considered, it is a very very good game for a 72h jam, congrats!

As I try to explain alot : I thought about those goodLuck-Charms to collect in the Game. and they have this GoodLuck Wishs for new year. I Austria we present each other a little trinket(charm) to silvester (New Year) which should bring luck and prosperity for the next year. So I made this in mind of my traditions.
