This is probably because your antivirus program or whatever it is that claims it's a virus is pretty stupid and thinks that a self-extracting 7zip archive is a virus.
but now i have another problem, when i successfully downloaded it, when i double click it, it asked me to extract it, so i extracted it. Now when i open the extracted file, it does not show a game but, just a bunch of files. Im sorry if im being stupid rn
