Does anyone else encountered that problem? Is it limited to Android? If it is, have you tried to download it on different android device? Is it also a case for "about" section?
From what it seems, the problem might be on your side of things. We checked if it works on versions 10 and 13, both haven't shown any problems in that regard nor did we had similiar cases reported
