I really like your game, but there are some inconsistencies in the rules:

On page  43 "Since NPCs or monsters don’t have modifiers, the GM must add their HD to the attack roll and compare the total with the target’s DL, as usual."

In Branded Edition all NPC/monsters have modifieres, should we add them to attack roll and damage roll instead of HD (game should be easier) or leave HD as an attack bonus?

And last question: Does Con modifier add to HP value? I assume no, but could You clarify it?

Hey! Sorry for my confusion, but I'm not sure what you mean when you say that all NPC/monsters have modifiers, if you check their attacks they don't show any modifiers. I'm probably missing something, so please clarify.
you are correct, a monster's CON modifier is not added to their total HP, you just roll it and that's it.

In previous edition NPC/Monsters stat block didn't have any statistics. In Branded Edition they have statistics like PC. For example Black Bear has STR 19 ( 3) so that is why my confusion. Does it has Attack bonus from HD ( 4) or from Strength ( 3) and for damage ( 3)?

Question with Con modifier to HP: what about PC?

Ahh, sorry, now I understand! Those Ability modifiers are there just in case you need them for other stuff, you can safely ignore them and just use the HD as modifier.

As a player you do indeed add the CON modifier to your HP total, but only once, not once per level like in 5e. I just realized that this is not explained in the book, so I'll fix it. Thank you so much for the feedback!

Thanks for clarification, now it is all clear to me :)

Happy to help, let me know if you have any more questions!
