Try adding the Female Genitalia as you surrender, I have used a Male character but I never really lost to Gin, only time I lost was a new Run with a female Character.
Not sure, tried it just now and it seems to be working for me. Make sure you have a pussy, and pregnancy shrine is enabled, and try to take the pill again
