You can just upload the pmp file on Google Drive. Or you can just make a PenguinMod account and upload it there since the servers are back up.
The issue is that whenever I try to upload it to penguin mod, it gives me an error
You could always still upload it to Google Drive or any other file sharing platform. And if that doesn't work, you can add it as a download on this itch.io page.
