yes that happended to me before. here are some possible reasons
reason 1 The damage is delayed due to lagging
reason 2: a sniper sniped you in the back
reason 3: someone shot a arrow in the sky and accidental hit you
Or
1 you fell in the water, this game you cant swim
2 you poked urself on a spike and spikes hurt
