Superb work, with incredible thought and polish put into a geniusly dumb and simple concept. The little cues that one needs to pick up on to get a good score, the tension in Maribel turning the lights on over and over because she just doesn't trust you, having to go back to the ink paint to refill so you're not just mashing over and over....it's the little things that add up to make this a near-perfect little flash experience.
On top of that, it's an incredibly funny game, too - I played it with some mates and we were all killing ourselves laughing at the absurdity of it all. Thanks for making!

This is really polished.
I can't help but play games like this greedily, so I got caught a lot until I learned the tells and in which situations she can instantly wake up. The final stretch ended up being really tense, but I had learned the game by then and managed to pull through.
Controls work really well for this. The idea is hilarious and the regularity with which Maribel wakes up when you're close to the end is incredibly tense and frustrating, but that just makes it funnier.
It took me a good while to get used to spotting the rabbits and sheep in Merry's dream bubble that were about to wake her up, but eventually I got the hang of avoiding being spotted!
I also love the artstyle. I found mashing the keys a bit awkward, though - might just be me.

There was more depth to this than I expected, especially with these dream effects that signal a wake-up from time to time. Sometimes it feels like I can't tell when exactly am I in the "danger zone" but I feel like that might be the point lol.
Omg this. It's just a wonderful silly idea and bonkers fun. The difficulty, surprises, and tells are just really well tuned, and the gameplay inspires hilarity instead of frustration. The controls are pretty easy to get the hang of - the way you can just let everything go when panicking and Renko will automatically retreat really helps with that. And the graphics audio are brilliantly done.
I feel like the deflected snores on the title screen could be explaining why Renko ended up drawing on Merry's face. XD
