Good concept but definitely could use some polish. Movement felt a little clunky because moving up and down instantly went full speed but left and right took time to build momentum. More clear indicators of which plants still need water (like when it's been partly watered but isn't flowering) could also be helpful. A small bug was that clicking T in the main menu (restart run button) instantly started the game, so you couldn't use it in a username. These are all just nitpicks, overall great job :)
Arf the "T" was a last minute add, hence it was not tested as I thought it was a no brainer (my name was already saved as "Doublesept").... Sorry :'(
So sorry for the indicator about the plants, I tried to desaturate the crops and saturate the plants and also added a yellow arrow that points to semi-grow plants when they are at half the growth, maybe I should have added a clearer indicator sooner.

I'm wanna this without timer and as sandbox. REALLY good atmosphere and smooth gameplay! (But strange visuals) Like it!!

Game was fun did not see much problems liked the leaderboard wish there were move levels and harder challenges
