This is a very clever idea, and was executed very well. The music fits, as do the sprites. It is VERY challenging—I couldn't get past the first section—but that's okay. Great job!
Appreciate the feedback despite the challenging experience. The skill floor is a little too high I have to admit, I think adding easier level variants at the bottom might've helped teach new players the mechanics.
Great game! I love the concept of literally climbing the leaderboard, very cool. The controls were a bit finicky, although I could just be bad. If the controls felt more polished I think this would be one of the better games in the jam. Good job!

Really genious game man haha, I loved that you climb to get your score up there,
In the begginning was really hard to get the hank of it, but after you get some practice it's super fun to go climbing the letters, and the gameplay is super smooth

Definitely best theme plus leaderboard interpretation. I realy like music too. The gameplay is a little bit repeatedly after a while but overall very good.
Thanks mate! I planned to add more obstacles and dangers to the levels the higher the player is, but unfortunately 72h is not efficiency friendly :(

Thanks for giving it a go! I think the biggest issue is telegraphy, something I should've worked on to make the gameplay more intuitive. If you're willing to try again, my pro tip is using the wall sliding to time your jumps off of them 😉

Hey thanks for the feedback. I did unfortunately make the skill floor too high and unintentionally scared off a few players :(
If you're willing to try again, my suggestion is to utilize the wall sliding, it gives you some extra time to get those jumps in.

Man, I really like it. It's a little frustrating sometimes, in the same vibe as Getting Over It, but very fun nonetheless. And I found it very clever this meta usage of the leaderboard.
