Judge feedback

Judge feedback is anonymous and shown in a random order.

  • the level desing is nice, but I think either making either the enemies less agressive, fewer of them or a faster attack for the player would lift this experience more as the first level felt a little overwhelming
  • The game was well made, while the interpretation of the theme is very straightforward, but the game is fun, functional, upgrade and lighting mechanics work well

Did you include your Game Design Document as a Google Drive link?
Yes, in game description.

Seriously... did you include your Game Design Document?
Yes.

Yes

Controls are listed in game description.
Goal is to explore dungeon and defeat three bosses. (Once you obtain the bow and dash, go down the western hallway for best difficulty curve).
You can upgrade your weapons and players stats by collecting resources from killed enemies. Each enemy type will drop different resources at varying rates. Better rates and resources can be found deeper in the dungeon.
Hubs act as a checkpoint for respawning, and there are 3 total (Castle Entrance, West Wing, East Wing).

This is very nice! Everything worked well, that it was very atmospheric. Thank you for the arrows on the ground, lol

I enjoyed to play the game. It seems very polished. There are two minor things I would change. I would appreciate to be able to auto fire instead of having to click all the time and it would be nice to be able to dash through the enemy instead of bumping into them. Keep up the good work!

Thank you! Definitely some changes I wanted to make, but ended up running out of time haha.
