Cool game, but it's hard to control the frog

Omg the idea is so awesome haha!

Congratulations on your first game and first game jam! I understand those feelings all too well as it's also my first completed game and game jam lmao.

This is good for only six weeks of coding so far. If you plan on improving this after the game jam, I'd suggest implementing a grid system to really give that frogger feel. Also losing the food after dying would make it a bit more challenging. Great job!

A good resource for building a grid system in Unity is Code Monkey on Youtube. He teaches how to build a really good grid system and builds upon it over a few videos. Definitely recommend!

That's a lovely game ! Even more since you've only been learning for 6 weeks. Good job on the levels.

Congrats !

Well I'm glad. from the name I thought it would be a game about cooking frogs. Was fun, good job.

Neat concept! It might be more challenging if you didn't keep the fruit when you died, though. I felt like I could kind of skip parts of levels because I got to keep the fruit.

Please check out my game as well if you have the time!

I loved this! The concept is great and everything ran really well! Congrats!

Nice stages and the concept is interesting. I wonder if it would work if the food gets dropped on the spot where they crashed, just thought it's quite forgiving for the player. Anyways, this is a neat little game! I like it!

Great idea for a game :) I feel a big improvement would be to have the frog stop sooner after letting go of the button which I think would feel much tighter. The level design was really good imo. Well done!

Neat, would be cool to see this expanded to more cooking game tropes (i.e, getting the right ingredients, letting them cook, bringing them elsewhere) I thought the art was just perfect as well

Fun mashup concept! The difficulty rampup felt very organic introducing more lanes, different cars, and then getting tricky with the water narrowing how you can complete levels. Well done :)

good difficulty progression in the levels, really like the sound and food graphics
