This feels great! My only wish is there was a diagonal shot.

Lasers, Tasers, and Guard Dogs!Love it. The game is very polished and variety on the bosses are great. Audio and visuals nail the retro esthetic.
The only nit pick I would have is either show where the next waves of enemies will spawn or have the spawners be disabled if the player is currently on it.

What could be improve :
- Give a safe 1st phase for player to train/experiment with controls.
- Give time to player to see spawn point before enemy appear.
- Some more juicy :
- screen-shake when enemy explode
- slight backward camera movement when firing
Overall game is fun, very challenging.
