I need help knowing where and how I can make the game for the jam, is there a certain site I go to?
You'll need to find a game engine to use, and build a game using that. However, this is a 48-hour jam and I genuinely doubt you can learn both the skill of game development and create a decent entry at the same time.
I agree, sorry for this but I may need to drop out of the running until I am more experienced.
