Really fun! loved how the game involves mixing letters from other words together, and the system of it knowing when a word is spelt is so cool!! I do feel like moving cubes from place to place after already knowing what to do with them was the most tedious part, but arranging them when they were in the right place was fun. I also wish there might be some feedback for spelling a word that does exist in English but isn't one of the special spells, to make it clearer forming those words won't have an effect

Game is great but the beggining is really really hard. It would be helpful to have some tutorial. Overall game is pretty fun to play. Great work!

Thank you very much!

Stay tuned for an update! I sure will be working on a more accessible version!

Glad you could get some fun from the game anyway!

I have a few things - A tutorial would have been really nice, not even necessarily for controls but just for what you need to do since the letters start off already spelled out so it is kind of confusing. Also had a lot of issues with the floating letters. There was a point where the "R" was just zooming around my head and I couldn't grab it and when I did, it went spinning off into space, and then I grabbed an "E" and it also spun off into the void. The idea is really cool though and I'm sure with more time, it could be really good.

Thank you very much!

It's an aboslute consensus: it needs a better way to explain the way it works, and the floating cubes are not a nice move! Well, the updated version will be more players friendly, it's a promise!

Thank you for playing and for the thoughts!

Quite a hard mechanic to go through at first. Might need to have a tutorial and informational page accessible since it is a physic based game that needs a lot of time to get used to. But overall a pretty solid puzzle game to play. Kudos to you! :)

Thank you very much!

All the level design was made in the 2 hours before submitting, and I could not put the tutorial I had in mind...

I'm aware that it needs a bit too much obstination from the players in the current state, but I hope it's intriguing enough to push people to fight the frustration...

Pretty cool game. As others wrote, the placement was frustrating. Despite that, I really enjoyed unlocking things. Not sure if I finished it or I encountered a bug. It ate my letters at the end. With all the letters, I wonder if there's a secret somewhere in there too. Definitely an idea that merits a full game.

Yeah, that's another arguable choice I made... The spell you speak of makes disappear things, thus you can only use it once (unless...). And the last door needs you to use it, but if you are a bit too far, it's dead...
But, there's a way to pass this sad event! (well, in fact, two ways...)
1) I forgot to remove a debug key that opens the door you aim at...
2) There's a glitch that let you fly...

Thank you for the kind comment! Happy that you enjoyed playing my game!
I think I'll try to push the project further.

I really like this, I imagine it was very technically challenging to create and a lot of the effects and stuff are very polished. I don't think I could get past the green section because the cubes kept floating away, i wish they would've just had gravity enabled after i grabbed them or something. Or maybe i was just doing it wrong!

Developer( 1)

Yep, floating cubes for the green puzzle was really not a smart move...

I spent a bit too much time on the system and not enough on the level and the puzzles...

I'm happy that you still saw some quality in the project!
Thanks for playing!

Cool game, though I wish there was a tutorial

Developer( 1)

I wish too!

I planned to let the game teach the mecanics naturally, but it was such a rush when I could work on the level design that I somewhat failed badly at it...

Glad you could enjoy it anyway!

Really cool idea, it's really satisfying to be able to assemble the cubes and unleash the spell, but I felt that it's quite difficult too... maybe it will be easier if the cubes can join and stick together upon touching.

Developer( 1)

Yep, the system is still a bit cluncky and difficult to trigger consistently... Especially with the floating cubes! I don't know what I was thinking when I put those floating cubes right at the beginning, and they are not optional... Well, this was the rush...

Thank you for your test and comment!
See you next year! ^^

Nice idea! I had a bit of trouble moving the cubes (On my first try some flew to the roof), but I enjoyed your take on the theme
