Really cool puzzle idea and nice level design to show it all off

Great puzzles, fun to solve

This is a really good take on a simple concept. Also the level design is really great and makes the most out of the game mechanics. I sometimes wished there was a undo-move option, but that shouldn't be a priority in a jam game.

very great levels required thinking

Liked the game but I couldn't turn right to grab a block even when I had the right key activated if I was facing up or down in the heart level and I couldn't tell if it was a bug or designed that way and i was just failing at the puzzle.

Developer

Not sure. If it was a bug, I haven't discovered it yet. Or it could be that you had a block to the right of you, which would prevent you from turning, even though the key is active. The character will only turn if they can actually move in that direction. If that was the case, it was by design; if that's good design is of course debatable :)

Thank you for the feedback!

Good to know that was intentional, didn't notice that in earlier puzzles but I think it's a good choice, I'll go back and give that level another go now that I know it was my own fault for not solving it 😅

Gameplay and level design are fun and well designed, great job! I think the concept could have been slightly more original (but that's probably just because I've seen several games where you try to recover the control key these past few days).

Nice mechanic, I really liked the puzzles throughout. Cool game!

nice game i really liked the puzzles

I really like the game, some neat and confusing puzzles. Could definitely be fleshed out into a full game.

Nice game!

Pretty nice game! I really liked the idea, and the puzzles are really clever! This could be a full game! Congratulations!

Clever puzzle game! Love the idea of not having control of some keys unless the box is over it. Very "baba is you" in that regard. The levels are challenging but don't feel impossible (I did have to quit eventually because I was absolutely stumped by one of them haha but that's on me) and there's instant feedback when you feel you've made a terrible mistake. Always a great sign of well designed levels.

As others have said I would have loved an undo button, it would make backtracking and redoing mistakes a lot easier than remembering what steps I took and starting over completely.

All in all great work!

Very nice! I like the art, the game idea and the levels, but it would be nice if you're also can just go one step back!

Quite a nice puzzle-game with "Baba is you" vibes on the side. I liked it!

Neat puzzle concepting! Kind of reminds me of Baba is You, very easy to understand controls and good presentation of what you can do at this moment. It's also really good that once you get stuck, the game immediately resets & tells you, so you don't fiddle around for a while. Great execution of a pretty original concept!

Thanks for the feedback.

When I started with the idea I thought more of "Sokoban" than "Baba is You", because I have to shamefully admit, that I haven't played "Baba is You" yet. I really need to do that very soon :)
