Visuals are really clean and catchy. Gameplay feels quite good too but aiming feels a bit bad.

Art and sounds is great but player feedback is a bit lacking like getting hit is lame. The shooting feels good but the aiming feels off. Its great but  can be better with a bit more polish.

Hmm. It seemed like in the fourth wave there were the green barrel-throwing guys over in the bottem right where it was hard to shoot them, and then I ran out of bullets because they were all over there.

And even in fullscreen, the game was fully surrounded by black and it still wouldn't fire if I clicked outside the game area? So fullscreen didn't make the mouse control better for me.

But yeah, clever concept, and nice art.

I kinda wish I could see my mouse cursor. I had a little bit of trouble aiming. This mechanic of having to shoot all your ammo was actually pretty fun. I wish I had a more open level to execute it.

But overall this was the first game of the jam that I saw with this mechanic. It would be cool if you can eventually get different types of ammo. Maybe there is? I only made it to wave 6

Developer( 1)

Thanks! I agree that different ammo with a different ray  color could make managment more fan.
Even without any changes at the level design it's possible to add a rare piercing bullet that can hit multiple targets. It will be AWESOME at the sniper-one-bullet mode, because of crazy bullet lifetime at this mode.

Wow the art is so polished! And shooting off a big shot of a ton of scrap is SO satisfying! Nice overall feel and great submission!

This might not be an artistic jam but I love the visuals and small touches, like the cogs in the backpack.
The design is nice. I would've liked to see this more as a tactical shooter kind of thing rather than a wave based thing. I like that you have multiple kinds of enemies that do very different things. I see on your gif that the cursor is there but for some reason mine wasn't on screen so it was hard to judge where I'm currently pointing so there were times when I just spun around like a mad bull :D
All around fun game, congrats :)

Great game! It deserves to be in the top 200! Keep going!

Awesome graphics, but the control is a bit weird without a visible cursor.

Developer( 1)

Thanks! On the dev stage, I decided that having cursor and lines together are confusing, It was a wrong bet xD.

Really cool game!

This was fun to play! A solid entry. Though, I think orientation of the character would benefit from a visible cursor :)

Developer

Thanks for a feedback! You are right - the visible coursor will make a game easier to controll.

Dude this gun feels super good, love to see a game with a gun like this

Those barrels kept piling up. Nice design touch. Lots of fun

Developer

Thank you! I'm tried to make a looped eco-system with barrels usage by enemies and player. Had no time to add a scrap sink.

This was fun! Great result!

This looks and feels amazingly polished! See you on the list of top entries.

Developer

Thanks! I hope so. Ussually, I got top 100 at Ludum Dares. However, at GMTK jam polish is not so important as at LD, while I used my LD techniques.

Really didn't enjoy the implementation of the mouse.  (Also I am not a robot reCAPTCHA)

Developer

You can press "fullscreen" button at the right bottom corner and controls will become better.

I agree, I should make mouse controls better.
I start submiting about 1 hour before the deadline to check any problems like it. Ironically, I was able to found this problem only after submiting WAS CLOSED xD

pretty cool

Wow I love this. I've never played a game with this type of shooting mechanic before. Can I ask what the inspiration behind this game was?

Developer( 1)

Thanks! It's my own idea. Really, It was one of my ideas for "The more you have, the worse it is" Ludum Dare #40. I like that I met another jam to check it.

Very pretty!
