Beyond the Veil is a game where you play as Hugo, a rather melancholic boy who visits his grandfather in the countryside. His grandfather is the graveyard keeper, and Hugo will end up helping the ghosts that have made the graveyard their home.

THIS IS SO CUTE I LOVE THE ART AND PALETTE USED. i did play the french version to practice my french so i may have lost some emotional beats but it was very good nonetheless. I love the violin ghost theyre my favourite. also. you can pet the cat.

Less a game than an interactive story, but cute and very nicely drawn. It doesn't feel much like a GameBoy game, but that's fine.

Very charming game with some touching/cute little stories. If I were to critique anything it would be that the violin playing wasn't audible. Apart from that detail it was almost a perfect entry. Great job!

Beautiful game. The graphics and music are very well done. I also love the use of dithering (and shaders?). I almost gave up when I couldn't find the violin, but I'm glad I didn't, as I wouldn't have wanted to miss the ending.
