Kind of like turn-based pac-man.
Fun stuff! First-person was pretty scary so I tended to look at the minimap instead. I really enjoyed planning my route and racing as fast as possible during some intense alien chases.
Yeah, real nice ! UI & graphs are complementary, single ressource for two usage is a good idea, and there's real challenge.

The game is really cool !
I had a little trouble understanding how I was moving through the level because of the lack of transition between cells, so I played by just looking at the map ! I also ran all over the level and almost never used the flamethrower (a little balancing problem I think, but quite normal).
But the concept is there and well done !
All around cool game and concept and absolutely shows, that you don´t need fancy smooth movement in such games.
I liked the arcade-style gameplay and resource management, but peeing on aliens is a bit too much.
it looked a bit like i was peeing on them....
i really like that the same resource you have to spend to defend yourself is also the one you need in order to win. it took a couple deaths but i figured it out eventually. nice!
Thanks! Credit for the risk-reward system with the fuel goes to my collaborator on this project, and I really do think it makes the game! Check them out here if you haven't already! https://lathebreaker-studios.itch.io/
Could make a manic arcade loop.
Woo, managed to escape on my second run. Gotta admit was pretty frantic, but so long as you never stop running, you should probably be okay. Good fun!
