This is really well made! I love how its a mix of 2D sprites and 3D models! It was quick and easy to learn how the game played out and I gotta say, The UI design for the menu is so clean and looks professionally made! I think there should be the ability to upgrade the speed of tilling the soil as I never really saw myself using the 3rd field of soil due to how fast the crops to grew. Overall I enjoyed the creativity put into this game and I think the quality is so good that if this was shown to me with no context, I would've thought this was a game that gained popularity on steam. Amazing Job!
The art and music were superb. The menu UI was really professional. I can see this being a big hit, it just needs some nice crunchy sound effects and maybe a progression system with a few enemies thrown in, if you plan on continuing it that is? Because I hope you do, its great!

I love the amount of polish this game has, I've read the rest of the comments and realised you didn't have any time to add the rest of the mechanics you waned so won't mention that. Just got to say I love the 2.5 style and after reading you'll take it further. Very much excited to see where it'll go! Plus that logo and ui design is so good. This game is so pretty and well presented! However, I played thru the whole game hoping that there would be some ramp in difficulty, but it unfortunately never came :( The art was great, and so was the general presentation and UI, I just wish that the game play had something, like a time limit, or an enemy, or something small just to add a bit of flavor to the gameplay, because this game really is well made and polished, but the gameplay just leaves a lot to be desired. Overall not that bad, though.
Howdy! Thank you very much for the compliments and feedback. Sadly I didn’t have enough time during the jam to add a lot of the gameplay mechanics I initially planned, so that’s why it feels pretty dull. I scrounged together the singular objective last minute after realizing only the farming mechanic was going to be ready.
Thankfully I plan on continuing development of this project to add things like multiplayer, combat, pumpkins with special mechanics, and more! Definitely give the project a follow if you’re interested.

i loved the ui and the transition animations, the music and graphics are also awesome
gameplay wise it was a bit boring, i found myself only using 4 pumpkin slots and i wish there was something more to it

Thank you very mucho! I spent most of my time designing due to burnout from programming during the work week and I think it shows. I've got a lot more in mind for gameplay that just didn't make the cut due to the time constraints. No SFX either yet sadly.
I plan on adding pumpkins/soil with mechanics of their own, online/local multiplayer, items that can be collected from inside the plants, and combat between farming phases. Planning on making this a bit of a long term project and we'll see where it goes! ;)
