You have created the entire game without using a game engine? That's a lot of extra work, I guess many people here didn't ever try something like that.
I am sure some think I am a bit crazy for it, but I love it. It is a lot of work, but very rewarding. Thanks for checking it out!
A cute fat cat. The movement is maybe too slow and music repetitive. But it's a nice little game. I'm sure the game would have been much better if you had more time. :)
Thanks for playing. Very true that more time would have helped. This is the first game jam that I've ever done. Shortest time I've made a game in. First game I have ever published anywhere. And I only learned how to add sounds to my games about two weeks ago. (Self taught). Definitely a learning curve, but lots of fun!

Cute game. On the mini map the mouse and cat icons swap sometimes which can get a bit annoying.

I'm sorry it wouldn't open. If it was telling you missing dlls, I have a link in another comment that has the dlls in it. I didn't know about the dlls until it was too late to fix it.

The a simple and fun little game idea. I would have liked the cat and the mole to be faster. Overall a okay jam game.

Interesting game. Not quite sure how it fits into the theme, but it's certainly something to keep your attention for a few minutes.
If you open the mini map by pressing M, it will tell you where the holes are, and where you and the mole are. The mini map continually lies about where the holes are, and at times switches your position with the mole. Also, the entire map spells LIAR

I have not touched any of the code, only added the dll files that are missing. I cannot add them to the current submission because of it being in the game jam.
You play a fat slow cat trying to catch a troublesome mole. Luckily, the mole is slower, so once you spot the little nuisance, you can easily catch him! I have not yet beat the game, but I am making good progress... patience in this case is a virtue :D

Attempted to download my submission on another computer and it tells me that it is missing two dlls. msvcp140.dll and vcruntime140.dll :( These are redistributables through visual studios.
Works fine on my system, but I'm also a dev, lol...Note to anyone else needing the missing runtime, just google "Microsoft Visual C 2015 Redistributable" and click on the official MICROSOFT.COM link (NONE OF THE OTHERS!) and DL then install, and things should work fine. :)
