How does your game fit the theme?
You play as a Phoenix, the end of your life is the beginning of a new one, the beginning of you new life is also the beginning of the second phase of the game gameplay-wise.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
No, graphics in Piskel code & game in Godot but the sound effects were not made by me from scratch.

Good game, though a main menu would have made it better. Also, dead bodies were blocking fireballs, and I have to load the page again since there's no restart button.
Thanks for the feedback! Yeah I know about those issues but I only had one day to make the game which is why it lacks in polish.
Dead bodies blocking your fireballs makes me angry, but overall the game is cool

Nice game :)! I love the idea and the gameplay is fun, but I would make it so the dead enemies bodies can't block the attacks. Check out my game too!
I like the game idea and the gameplay! I think with a bit of polishing it can be a really cool tower defense style game! I think its a bit far from the theme but otherwise a good entry!
I tried defeating the boss without upgrades but the hit boxes are to big to dodge some attacks.
but the game played smooth :D.
Fun little simple game.
I've collected 30 selenium until my first death and spent it all on speed.
After that, you can just circle the boss and kill it. =D
