Great idea, quite simple but fun and relaxing. However I died several times while was picking an upgrade cuz game wasn't paused actually.

Was hard to distinguish shark from fish at first, but after some practise got into it. Now it's time to get size 2 fish.
Neat little game. With a little bit of tweaking of the values, I can see it making into a full minigame, with the EXP system and all. I did find the sharks more worth it to kill, since the fishes all swim away too quickly and it’s too dangerous to go after them. Also the game could kill all fishes when you level up so you can choose your bonus, I ended up losing all my healths because of that.
Neatly polished, and it was nice to see the neat little tutorial you made as well.
Sorry about the fish thing (as in getting killed while upgrading), and i think ill actually take your example idea given that iv been trying to finding a solution to that, thanks for playing

I really like this! It definitely feels good to play, and I hope that you continue to develop it because it definitely has potential. I noticed though that the best strategy was just to not move and let the sharks come for you instead of going after fish. Great entry overall!
Oh your right, i think that's a bug that makes sharks die to fast, although it does stop being viable if you pick a few xp upgrades, also thanks for the feedback

Cool idea. Game feels great to play. I find it a bit hard to see the difference between fish and shark sometimes tho
Yeah tried to find a way to fix that but never really found a perfect solution
