Game still under dev.  It has 4 ladies that are all re-breedable at this time. It meets list's standard. The H scenes are still images that progress the scene, like 3-4 frames tops.  Very recognizable characters I shall not name. Basically a click here, wait for resources, click that, build romance, then you can open a scene, repeat.  Ladies show as pregnant the following day. Only Super(lady) can have sex while pregnant.  The images and scenes are mostly the exact same but just a different model inserted.  It appears other scenes and several more ladies are coming.  Right now it is a bit too repetitive in terms of game play.  Looks like it is intended for phone play. (Finished a build of it. I will try to revisit as dev progresses.)

A visual novel type game where you play as a lady. Game meets this list's standard with at least three of the endings leading to a pregnancy show.  The story has three main routes. H scenes are still images. No gallery, so save often as the story can lead to very different points even late game. An impressive length, story and variation for $2. 

A heads up warning for sensitive folks to consent as interactions are borderline on being consensual for the MC and the other ladies in game. Definitely imbalanced power dynamic and hostage-esque themes. (Finished the game a few times and got a few different ending result scenes, which is very cool.)

Does not meet this list's standard. More of a hyperinflation pregnancy game. It is a light rpg game story that takes you through a pregnancy. Written and drawn well.

A visual novel game by Whiteleaf. Fairly linear story. H scenes are also linear with mostly limited animation. Story plays into the family fling thing and the ladies wanting to be bred. The ladies announce their pregnancy but don't show at all. If you like creampies, it definitely fills that genre, but game does not meet this list's standard. There is a gallery. Also on Steam. A complete game. Made seemingly more for the phone than PC.  Slightly animated H scene mini games that have you doing public sex and some other things with these milfs individually. Only three milfs. Shorter game in total time, however, given the repetitive mini games that is fine. The "wrap-up" and creampie part of the scenes are animated stills. There is a gallery.  Meets list's standard. Quite short for "two" chapters. A visual novel game with linear no choice story. It does not meet list standard. It has limited animation sequences and no gallery.
*Furthermore, at time of this review, dev. is clearly focusing on other projects. I definitely don't recommend buying. I don't know if there is something on Patreon or elsewhere for a more complete vers of this game, but it doesn't seem like it. (finished build)

Still under dev, but seems near to completion with only one lady not being in game. A visual novel and corruption game with a human v bug strategy game in there too. Meets this list's standard. All ladies can become pregnant in their various stages of conversion.  It is a one hit show though as the ladies are bred and then are shown immediately as very pregnant.  Yet, it takes them a couple of days to be shown giving birth via a still. There are stories scenes that are linear that you can select for the converted ladies and some include impregnation there too. Scenes are still images and not animated. There is a gallery.  The "MC" cannot impregnate the women when that unlocks.  Kind of a steep price comparatively to other games that are longer and that have actual animations.  It is a well thought out game and does play as an alright strategy game.  On Steam too. Still under dev. Has a ways to go based on planned stories to be released. Short story visual novels based on highly recognizable mainstream games. Currently, there is one specific story with a lady that can be knocked up to this list's standard. There are other creampies with the fertilization wording or image but it doesn't follow through. Clearly impregnation is part of what they are trying to do. Hopefully,  later builds will bring more ladies being shown off as preggo. A more unique animation style. Good likeness to famous ladies and characters. (finished a build of it)

Still under dev. A visual novel game with a lot of kink options and looked over fetishes. (However, it does not meet lists standard.) It hints at pregnancy via text and aspects of the game. Supposed to have impregnation coming. It does have some nice animation sequences but quite a few stills (finished build -  part 1)

This is the rpg vers. There is a visual novel renpy vers of the game out there, not on itch.  Definitely meets this list's standard. MC can get knocked up. Pregnancy sex scenes. H scenes have some rougher animation. Rpg may have an internal scene gallery. The renpy vers definitely has it. (Whoever made the rnpy gallery did a great job plugging in aspects of the story leading in to the H scene.) This is a definite must have for those that like this genre. (played rnpy vers)

Still in dev.  From the makers of New Earth.  It is very similar. Does not meet this list's standard yet.  It might be there when dev finishes the game because it is so similar to New Earth. Animations shorter and not too indepth. No gallery so save often. (finished a build of it)

Dev is in progress of migrating and continuing dev but as a UE game. Lots of screen lock bugs so save often in this current build. Meets list's standard and has full pregnancy progression aspects including birthing. The game definitely plays hard into this genre and a must play for fans of it. It is a similar rpg visual style to A Peasant's Quest or A Struggle With Sin but it plays more "active" than rpg; think Secret of Mana.  Animations are pretty good. Climax animations are best I've ever seen. They are linear in progression (no choices) but lots of models so it doesn't feel repetitive. It has a gallery via the cheat book. A heads up warning for sensitive folks to consent, interactions are borderline on being consensual for the MC.
Side note: The developer is figuring out how to build it as they go. I am impressed and really hope it keeps going. At some point the game may vastly change given the Patreon dev posts. (played quite a bit of it)

Lengthy visual novel. Plays into family fling thing and models that are loli orientated. A few non-loli models. Meets this list's standard with a few pregnancies in the story but mostly in just the first half of the main story. Impreg trails off as story goes on and not in the expansion chapter. Limited animations and very few creampie reveals. This game's art direction is odd to me considering all the breeding that is supposed to be occurring as part of the story. Still under dev.  A visual novel game.  The full vers is supposed to have content that was cut. The itch vers that is free, does not meet this list's standard. I'll try to keep an eye on this one. (Played through a build of chp3.)

Still under dev.  A visual novel game with nearly all models being thicc milfs.  Almost all the ladies can be "bred" with an intentional text choice. It has slathered creampie reveals and a sperm egg image, but doesn't follow up with a pregnant bump at this time.  Does not meet this list's standard. I'll try to keep an eye on this one as I have to think a pregnant harem is in the works. (Played through a build.)

Seems to be a 3 chapters, each their own short game/visual novel. For this entry, it is mostly stills but has some animation. A good STNG fan service piece that certainly implies impregnation. 
Side note: This is like an NPC NTR game imo, as a fan of the show. It is like the MC (player) is doing the NTR. Kind of a fun way of doing an NTR.  I imagine Worf watching while drinking prune juice. Does not meet this list's standard. (finished)

Still under dev. Think poke-monster rpg game but still (not animated) cartoon monster guys and gals doing the battling. Even though crude, I kind of like the game. I have bred my monsters but they don't seem to go through pregnancy but do have monster offspring popup in my inventory. The wild monsters, however, can be shown pregnant when you run into them in the wild.  I can't seem to see the breeding happening, so maybe I'm not on the right build of it. Go try it out, if you like cartoon-esque character design and/or breeding human-monster-creatures. MC can have sex with the monsters too! I have to play more of it. (Played a build of it.)

I played a bit of this.  I probably have to play some more of it, but it does not appear to meet this list's standard. It is a simulation game.

A tech demo game literally described as impregnation/breeding sim by the alligator man creature in the image. MC lady gets impregnated, pregnant and lays eggs.  That's about it.  Funny enough she is clothed the entire time. No close-up of penetration or creampie.  Birthing the eggs happen but there is no reveal and she is clothed. Technically meets list's standard. (finished)

A gem puzzle game that leads to lactating ladies. There is some mild inflation of a bump and some shadowed out H scene stills.  Does not meet this list's standard. (played through a build)

Still under dev. It seems like it is possibly half way there. A fun little odd jobs and short mini games for romance points type game. Seems to have two routes to choose per lady. There is a rng dungeon minigame and other things with this game that are not "fully baked" yet. Probably under dev. Impregnation of the ladies is actually the objective of the game when it kicks off! Right now there are 5 ladies. Game meets the standard and has reimpregnation.
Main game art style is original and looks great, 16bit pixel style design, and in game H scenes. The illustrated stills of the characters are an overlay only. Paid vers gets you an "extreme" content code. The creampie reveal is more of an over exaggerated anime thing than a " realistic reveal". The game is on Steam too. I will watch dev on this one and update when I can. Seems like it will be a must have for fans of this genre.  (Finished a build of it.)

The route I went with meets this list's standard.  Currently only one lady can become pregnant but others are planned.  Cheat codes to speed things along. The animation is stop and go and can fluctuate style. Some of but definitely not all scenes are in the gallery, so save ahead or during a scene to watch again.  I'll be watching this game and I'll update when I can as it seems new builds might cost $.
